Tributes Paid to Bobby Kerr as He Steps Down as Chair of Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience DAC.

Clare County Council wishes to express its gratitude to outgoing Chairperson of the Board of the Cliffs of Moher DAC, Bobby Kerr, for his commitment, dedication, and vision in helping to establish the Cliffs of Moher Experience as the most visited natural attraction in Ireland.

Tributes Paid to Bobby Kerr as He Steps Down as Chair of Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience DAC.

Mr Kerr who has stepped down from the position after seven years’ service, brought his vast knowledge and business acronym to the role, drawing from his experience in a variety of sectors including food and hospitality, technology, hardware, and broadcasting. 

As Chairperson of the Board of the Cliffs of Moher Centre Ltd Mr Kerr helped its transition to the Cliffs of Moher DAC in 2021, and subsequently the transition of the daily operations of the Cliffs of Moher Experience to the Clare Tourism Development DAC in 2023. The Clare Tourism Development DAC oversees the day-to-day running of Clare County Council tourism attractions.

Clare County Council Director of Tourism and Vice Chair of Cliffs of Moher DAC Síobhan McNulty said, “As Bobby moves on to other ventures, we would like to wish him the very best and remain grateful for his generosity in sharing his expertise as chair of the board.”

Mr Kerr said, “I am honoured to have had the opportunity to serve as Chairperson of the Board of the Cliffs of Moher DAC. The journey over the past seven years has been incredibly rewarding, and I am proud of what we have achieved together."
